Slack is one of the main ways ACEL communicates with its members, and its members get to know each other. Designed to cut down on email, it’s a communications tool that threads chats into different #channels. Each volunteer committee users Slack to post their minutes, discuss suggestions and collaborate on deliverables between monthly meetings. If you’re looking to get involved in a deeper way, every committee is looking for help.
Between networking mixers, and special trips at discounted rates, ACEL is the fastest way to get connected with like-minded people in Alachua County.
